Acceptance of any order by the customer will be deemed as acknowledgement by the customer that they have read, understand and agree to our policies as stated in our website.

Merchandise may be purchased from this Website by using any one of the payment options listed in Payment options. Outside Shopper reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
All Products will ship within 48 hours
Processing and delivery of your order generally takes 5-7 working days within the continental U.S. If you need the order sooner, please contact our sales support department and they will be happy to provide you with additional shipping options (additional costs/ fees will apply).
Outside Shopper charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

All orders are processed immediately. Once your order is submitted to us, we cannot change or cancel an order until your merchandise is received by you. All returns of merchandise are subject to Outside Shoppers return policy, available under Exchanges/Refunds/Cancellation Policy below.

WARRANTY
Each product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty to the original consumer purchaser.
Manufacturer will repair or replace, at their discretion, parts found to be defective due to materials or workmanship.
The manufacturer’s product warranties for all items with an engine (mowers, log splitters, snow blower, and trimmers) are subject to the following limitations and exclusions:
1) Commercial Use the warranty period for any product used for commercial or rental is limited to ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase.
2) Limitations to this warranty apply only to products which have been properly assembled, adjusted, and operated in accordance with the instructions contained within product manual. This warranty does not apply to any product that has been subject to alteration, misuse, abuse, improper assembly, installation, or shipping damage.
3) Exclusions Excluded from this warranty are normal wear, normal adjustments, and normal maintenance.
In the event you have a claim for products with an engine under the product warranty, you must return the product to an authorized dealer for service. (Some items due to size and shipping cost will not be refunded under any circumstances. Warranty work will be done at a qualified service center in your area). All transportation charges, damage, or loss incurred during transportation of parts submitted for replacement or repair under this warranty shall be borne by the purchaser. The model number, serial number, and date of purchase of the product will be needed before any warranty claim can be processed.

Exchanges/Refunds/Cancellation Policy
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please contact us at 651-204-6811 for RA# and return shipping instructions. A refund will be issued once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse

Items may not be returned if they have been used, modified or mounted to your ATV or UTV. You must call for return authorization within 15 days from receipt of your order. All RA#’’s are valid for 15 Days Only! Please return the item/s to us promptly.
A 15% restocking fee applies on all items. All items must be returned in the original box/container, unused, and containing all original product packaging and accessories.

The return authorization number you are provided by our sales support department must be clearly VISIBLE on the OUTSIDE of the package you return the item/s to us in. Packages with no visible RA number or an expired RA number will be refused. All items must be returned to us pre-paid. No COD returns or Call Tag Returns! Pack all item/s well and it is recommended that you fully insure the item/s. Any item/s damaged by the customer or that is damaged while in route back to us will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be issued. If the item is damaged, you will need to contact the shipping company you selected to return the item/s back to us and file a claim directly with them.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Shipping cost will be refunded only if the product was damaged during delivery or if the wrong item was shipped. For additional questions on Outside Shopper returns or order inquiries, email info@outsideshopper.com.
